It makes great toast, it has been very useful as a warming oven, and I have heated up items efficiently. The mechanical timer is a little odd, but I rather like hearing it because it is a reminder that it is on.
I wanted to keep from using my big oven all the time especially in the hot summer, and that is what I got. Another feature that I love is the crumb tray----very easy to clean.
So far my new Oster Toaster Oven has lived up to everything I expected. I really like its appearance, too.
Plus, it toasts great. I have been using it for about a month now.
I like the size---it is not too large, but still seems to have plenty of room for my purposes.
Shocking design flaw in an otherwise good looking product. However, I agree with others that the dials are a misery to read. Love the look of it. Seems to work well, but there's a bit of a learning curve getting used to convection cooking.

I was tired of changing my smoler toaster owen every so often.
No complaints, fast is good in my house. Cooks a little unevenly so I try to rotate food halfway through so it doesnt brown only on one side. Watch your food carefully this cooks FAST. Food is well done at the minimum time with no preheating.
This allows for no dripping of any food item onto the coils. I had ordered two of these toaster ovens for our office so when it came time to replace the one I had at home I purchased another one of these. It is very generous in size for internal cooking while taking up minimal space on the counter top.Gloria Wargo / NJ I would recommend this toaster oven to anyone. It is a well designed piece of equipment and performs each of its tasks very well. I love the fact that the heating element is not directly in the path of the item which is cooking.
